Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Remote Role Finder (the "Service"), operated by Hannah Lynea, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Louisiana limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Remote Role Finder aggregates remote job listings from third-party employer career sites and applicant tracking systems, and provides tools including saved jobs, job alerts, an application tracker, resume storage, an AI-assisted resume/job matching feature, and an AI-assisted resume builder. Some features are free; others require an active paid membership as described below.

2. Job listings are not guaranteed

Job listings displayed on the Service are collected from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and a listing may close or change before our systems refresh it. We do not review, endorse, or guarantee any employer, job posting, or hiring outcome. You apply to and communicate with employers entirely at your own discretion and risk. We are not a party to any employment relationship formed as a result of using the Service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Paid membership

Certain features (including AI-assisted resume matching and feedback, the AI resume builder, application tracking, saved jobs, and job alerts) require an active paid membership, currently billed at $2.99 per month. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full card details.

• Billing. Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to paid features through that period.
• Refunds. Charges are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• Price changes. We may change membership pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

5. Employer listings

Employers and recruiters may submit job postings for review through the Service. Submitted postings are reviewed before appearing publicly and may be rejected, edited for clarity, or removed at our discretion, including after publication. Paid placement upgrades (such as featured or priority placement) may be offered from time to time; any such upgrade will be clearly priced and charged only through our payment processor at the time it is actually available.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or qualifications; use the Service to post fraudulent or misleading job listings; scrape, resell, or systematically extract data from the Service; interfere with the Service's operation or security; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. AI-assisted features

AI-generated content — including resume match scores, feedback, and drafted resume text — is produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It is provided as a drafting aid only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any AI-assisted content before relying on it or sending it to an employer.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any job listing is current or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hannah Lynea, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of employment opportunity, income, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
